Last month, Frank Ju of our office was successful in obtaining an order from the court forcing the seller of a valuable real estate property to complete the sale of the property to our client and to pay over $250,000 in damages to our client, after a 11-day trial in the BC Supreme Court.
The subject property, which the defendant has been ordered to sell for the original purchase price of $2,280,000.00, is now assessed at over $3,000,000.00.

上个月，本所的居隽宙律师在卑诗省最高法院（BC Supreme Court）经过11天的审理后，成功为一位华裔客户争取到特定履行（specific performance）判决，要求一名贵重房地产的卖方完成与客户的房产交易，并向客户支付超过 25 万加元的损害赔偿。
