Devraj advises clients on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters, delivering practical and business‑focused legal solutions that help individuals and organizations with clarity and confidence. Born and raised in Richmond, Devraj returned to the community to build his practice.
Before joining Campbell Froh May & Rice LLP, Devraj trained at a leading international law firm, assisting on sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions involving institutional, private, and emerging‑growth clients. He also gained in‑house legal experience and worked directly with early‑stage companies through a prominent technology incubator, giving him a grounded understanding of operational realities and growth‑stage legal needs.
Devraj’s corporate practice includes business formations, corporate structuring, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial contracts, governance matters, reorganizations, financings, and the purchase and sale of businesses. His real estate practice includes assisting clients with residential and commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial leasing. Across his work, he emphasizes clear communication, client value, and efficient execution.
Devraj holds a Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and the British Columbia Bar in 2026.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, cooking, traveling, and is a proud supporter of the Toronto Raptors and Vancouver Canucks.
