Matt has been practicing law in Richmond since his articles in 2007, first with Henderson Livingston Stewart in Steveston Village, and later with Rick Henderson as Henderson Law Group until Rick’s retirement in 2026. Matt is pleased to join Campbell Froh May & Rice LLP as Associate Counsel.
Matt’s practice areas include all aspects of corporate, commercial and business matters, such as incorporations; the purchase and sale of businesses; tax-planned corporate reorganizations; succession planning; shareholder, partnership and other business agreements; and commercial leasing and real estate transactions.
Matt also advises individuals on estate, incapacity and succession planning, including wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, and residential real estate matters.
A Vancouver native, Matt graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biochemistry. After working in the biotechnology field for three years, he returned to the University of British Columbia to study law, obtaining his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2007. He lives in Vancouver and can often be found cycling around the Lower Mainland, and other parts of North America or Europe when the opportunity arises.
