Rob advises his clients in a broad range of personal and business matters. Rob’s approach is both responsive and practical, and he prides himself on working closely with his clients to achieve their objectives while ensuring his services remain cost-effective.
Over the years Rob has developed expertise in a number of areas including the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration and general corporate and commercial matters. He also oversees the firm’s residential conveyancing department.
Rob is also in the process of expanding his practice by working with our firm’s burgeoning maritime and fisheries law group. He also has a particular interest in working closely with family business owners in the area of business restructuring and succession planning.
He relocated to British Columbia from Alberta in order to pursue a law degree at the University of Victoria. Following law school, Rob articled with Campbell Froh May & Rice LLP, before moving to Richmond and joining the firm as an associate in 2006. Rob currently resides with his wife and children in Tsawwassen.
