Since Campbell Froh May & Rice LLP’s inception, real estate law has been an important practice area.  Over the past 35+ years, we have cultivated a vast amount of legal expertise in all areas of real estate practice.

Today, our firm’s real estate practice deals extensively with commercial property transactions and financing.  We understand that commercial real estate transactions often involve highly complex legal issues and considerations that require experienced counsel well-versed in representing clients in such matters.

In addition to our commercial real estate practice, we maintain a busy residential conveyancing and mortgage practice, and we can assist you with all aspects of your residential property transactions, and at very competitive rates.  Our office is set up to handle land title filing electronically via the Electronic Filing System (“E.F.S”), enabling us to handle transactions in land title registries even outside the Lower Mainland quickly and efficiently.
